As part of our service to customers we can offer technical services on all products that we supply. Our staffs are trained on all products and are available to support you or your installer with any problems you may have.
If for any reason we cannot solve your problem we have excellent relationships with all of our suppliers and normally get you an answer within a maximum of 24 hours.
For product defects within warranty we will send a representative to the site if necessary. For out-of-warranty problems site visits are chargeable.
