Very professional service . Went in on the off chance looking for ideas for replacing/refurbishing... our 2 bathrooms . Our good fortune to find Dean Easton . Great salesman , positive, proactive ,helpful. No pressure . He took us through all the areas we should consider before making choices .He recommended Andrei of Professional Refurbishments as installer. Andrei came to survey and measure bathrooms and give us some ideas of what we could do. Outstanding professional. Having worked out what we wanted estimates were sent for installation costs. Back to Dean to choose fittings . Dean and Andrei Project managed the whole process then. A future date was booked to start work .All fixtures and fittings ,tiles and extras all chosen at the right time in the right order .
